Review: On or around Oct 2013, my son sat for his senior picture. At this time, it was just the different poses. A fee of approx $45 was given. I then contact the company a few times before making an appt to select the different poses my son and I wanted. I met with the owner and my son, on February 8, and spent a good amount of time with the photographer choosing the package we would ultimately purchase. Our charge came to $254.18, of which $137.09 was given as a deposit. I started calling the photographer to find out when I could get the pics and pay the balance. We made an appt to meet him at his studio for April 3, at 8am in the morning. I waited approx. 15 min. And finally called the owner, who forgot about my appt. We made arrangement for me to call him the next day and set up a time to meet. That never transpired. I followed up again on April 21 at 3:15pm and left a message. I called again on April 22 at 1:30pm and left another message. I called again on April 28 at 9:20am and left a message on the office phone and another message on the cell phone. I called yet again, on April 28 at 8pm and left another message, this time not being so nice. Just stating that I want my pics and want to pay the bal and would like the pictures before my son graduates from high school. Asking what the problem was and if there were a problem to please at least tell me. I am still waiting for the call. This photographer is also e photographer for [redacted] The photographer has been seen at events taking pictures, so it's not that he's sick.... Please help. I just want my pics and want them the way we ordered them, retouched... Thank youDesired Settlement: I want the final product. My sons graduation pictures. If this is not able to be accomplished, then a full refund at which point I would have to take my son for his senior pics to another photographer and wait......

The complaint #[redacted] has been resolved. I finally got in touch with the photographer and met with him. I received my pictures and was also given a discount off of the balance owed for my inconvenience. Thank you for your time and help with this matter.
