the same day I get it from you, and have been told that the dress was available and would be shipped soon. Unfortunately, when packaging they figured out that the only one piece available was damaged so they did not ship the dress and they did not updat me. Now, first of all I apologize for what happened and for any inconvenience. Review: This store advertises price match. I put money on my bridesmaids dresses from this retailer. I went down the street to another store like Mactak and the dresses were substantially less . I had the merchant write down his information and took it to MACKTAK and was told that they can not price match with that retailer. MACKTAK clearly states that they honor price matches. So when I asked to give me the deposit back on the dresses since he will not honor price matches I was again told there was nothing that he could do.Desired Settlement: I would like the price match honored or a refund back so I can go and purchase the dresses at the lesser amount

Review: I am getting married in April and ordered a dress based on the picture on the website with the dress being White with silver embellishments when I got the dress it was White with silver and gold embellishments. I contacted the company Jovani ###-###-#### because they indicated this site Macktak was an authorized dealer I asked what color was the dress and was told by the customer service representative that the dress was White with silver embellishments only. Maktack is only willing to do an exchange but I need a refund being they have no other dress that would meet my needs. Also, the other problem I never received anything once I ordered the dress giving me a confirmation of the purchase, no order number given, no email received and nothing on their website indicates all sales are final. The only reason I knew the dress was coming and the tracking number is due to United Parcel Service sending me an email which I am signed up to receive notices when a package is being delivered. I believe Macktak is replicating dresses and are being fraudulent the dress as far as the design is the same but the embellishments are wrong. Please help as I was misled by a picture that was not accurate. ThanksDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money as nothing indicates sales are final.

I have been dealing with this Company since September of last year. First I received a dress which was not how the picture looked on the website so I returned and was not aware they do not do refunds so a credit was given. Since January **, 2014 I have requested a dress for my Wedding but was told the dress was on backorder I have been told since 1/2014 the dress in on backorder and at first they said it will be in our store in 3 weeks so I called 3 weeks later no dress they said give us another 3 weeks. I contacted them 3 weeks later still no dress she then told me we have the dress in Nude, Royal or Fuchsia but no white. The Company knew exactly what dress I wanted and I was led to believe a white dress was coming. I explained I was looking for a dress to change into for my Wedding Reception which will be 4/*/2014 I have told them this since I first had an issue with them. I then said since you do not have the dress I want please send me a list of all the dress in white with silver embellishments in a size 14 that I can choose from but I have yet not received a response. I would just like to get a refund from them as it has been since October and I still have no dress. When I call their telephone number I usually get a voicemail I have communicated with someone via text but nothing has been resolved. I would like to get a refund as they are not able to honor their agreement to exchange the dress for a different dress in a timely manner. This is my second complaint against this Company the first one I canceled as they made me believe they could resolve my issue which still has not been resolved. The customer service at this Company is very poor I have been the only one trying to reach out to them they have not communicated with me at all to keep me updated on a dress I have waited for since January. I would never want to do business with this Company ever again once this has been resolved and would not recommend anyone else to purchase a dress from this Company. I was just hoping since they had my money I could get a dress I can wear for my Big Day but it is not looking good at this time. I would like a refund of my money so I can purchase a dress from another Company as I only has 25 more days till my Wedding. I purchased the original dress on 9/**/2013 and I still have no dress almost six months later.

Review: I mailed a dress back to Macktak, asking for a store credit. They claim they never received the dress. But I have the tracking info from the [redacted] that says it was delivered on June **, 2015 at 2:01 pm, and left with an individual.

I have called and spoken to "Jimmy" four times and each time he says he will look into it. But he never knows anything new about the situation when I call. In fact, I usually have to explain the situation to him all over from the beginning each time I call. I am afraid this business is a scam and I will never get my money back or even a store credit from them. Can you help?Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, but will settle for just a store credit. The dress costed $485.00

Review: In June of 2013, I ordered a dress from Macktak for an upcoming wedding. I ordered a size 6. Instead the dress that arrived was a size 10. Due to the fact that the wedding was just around the corner, there was not enough time to get a new dress in the right size. There wasn't enough time to alter the dress either. I contacted Macktak and customer service rep Tina said it was against store policy to give me my money back so she offered store credit. I accepted. It was for $427.50 (I have emails verifying all of this)

For the last two years I have tried to redeem the credit to no avail. Every single time I called, they would tell me the dress I wanted was out of stock.

Finally, two weeks ago, I decided to block my number and was told the dress would be ordered etc..until I mentioned the store credit.

In the last two weeks I have spoken to Jimmy at least a dozen times. Every time I call, he says the order is on its way. I even have a voicemail from him indicating this.

However today I called again inquiring when the order would arrive and Jimmy told me he had no record of my order. Yes, this is maddening.

All I want is to redeem my credit. I have the store credit numbers etc., and even forwarded Jimmy the emails. The store credit also does not expire. I was verbally promised this and it does not indicate this on the email either.Desired Settlement: I just want to redeem my credit. Since they are not willing to do that, then I want a refund of the credit in the amount of $427.50
