Customer Contacted us and wanted us to finish the home that her husband and herself had startedThey had had some issues with the framing inspection and electrical (I believe) and we waited awhile for them to get them cleared upThey finally did and they called us to come and do want we agreed
on in our contractWhile we were there, we were asked if we would also install the door frames and finish them outMy crew didn't get me all the info needed (which I didn't charge for the extra, I forfeited that cost), The homeowners framed this home with 2x8's not the 2x4's so all the door jam's either had to be ordered custom sizes or had to have the extenders with them and that is the extra cost I inquiredAlso there was openings that she wanted doors that they had built-out as open casings so we again at no cost framed them out and put doors thereAlso they had some old mobile home doors they had purchased they wanted us to us and we tried and so worked but the ones that didn't we bought and put in, again at no extra cost to the homeownersAlso they had some flooring thet were going to put down and wanted us to cut the bottom of the doors so that the flooring that was there the doors would open over, and we did.
When we went to do the final walk through I realized (due to the 2xstuds and the framing & yes some unsatisfactory work from my guys as well) that the sheetrock wasn't done up to my standards and the customer was unhappy, so in our final contract I did a no cost invoice for her stating that once they finished the painting we would come back and put up crown molding to cover where the sheetrock didn't met up at the top and frame out the window/wall units.
Once they got done she called and we scheduled her then one of my crew leaders (the one who did her actually job) had fallen off a roof and is out for 18+ weeks and we got her scheduled as soon as we could, she sent us pictures of stuff that wasn't even our responsibility, or on our final contractBut out of good faith we went out (I sent crews) May 7th and they did everything that was on the list and even bought basemold to put down but they haven't put the flooring down yet so they couldn't do that.
I plan on personally going out there one day next week to walk the property myself and see what is going on, but we have completed our contract and what we agreed uponI have sent the contracts and change orders and agreements

I am sorry for the confusion on the 2x8's and 2x6's and yes we did correct the 9 doors to 7. We are scheduled to come out and fix everything and the owner will be there to ensure it is done. There was a change order for the doors, the laundry room was a different door and was discussed and brought to the homeowners attention before installing them because it was a arch and the others were panels. MGC does not want to go back and forth, we want to make all of our customer happy and stand behind our work. We will be there to correct and fix the items that we are responsible for on the scheduled Saturday.

in our contract. While we were there, we were asked if we would also install the door frames and finish them out. My crew didn't get me all the info needed (which I didn't charge for the extra, I forfeited that cost), The homeowners framed this home with 2x8's not the normal 2x4's so all the door jam's either had to be ordered custom sizes or had to have the extenders with them and that is the extra cost I inquired. Also there was 2 openings that she wanted doors that they had built-out as open casings so we again at no cost framed them out and put doors there. Also they had some old mobile home doors they had purchased they wanted us to us and we tried and so worked but the ones that didn't we bought and put in, again at no extra cost to the homeowners.
