Review: I purchased a maclaren stroller may 2013 (Triumph prince blue). From a children's department store within 5mos the stroller ripped .I contacted maclaren about the issue. I was instructed to take pictures of the damage & receipt and email it to customer service.([redacted]) I emailed my pictures but no receipt I couldn't find it it's been 5mos. then they said send vin number I took a picture of my booklet they replied back it's invalid I don't understand I brought the stroller and its reuined. Now my 2yr old don't have a stroller and Maclaren didn't resolve the issue that was bad customer service and I will never buy a Maclaren stroller ever again.Desired Settlement: I would like another stroller for my son.I spent 200 before taxes and used less then six months.
