Three years ago I bought a Ford FocusWithin that time frame my car has been in the repair shop three times because of the faulty clutch and shudder issueThere is also a known issue with the transmission so that is why my warranty was extendedThe first two times my car went out they reset the computer in my car and advised me that I would always experience the shudder on some levelRecently as I was driving the car jerked forward almost causing me to crash into the car in front of me with my month old daughter in the backseatI got my car towed to Marshall Mize in Chattanooga TNI called to get a rental car, like I had to do previously but the rep tells me that I have to wait for an approval on that over the weekend and until Monday at 8pmI told her that I am a single mother that works and cannot miss workI told her I work Monday morning and need a car nowShe pretty much told me to go rent my own car and then they could "possibly" reimburse meWell I don't have the money for that either! I've read all the bad reviews on this car (http://www.edmunds.com/ford/focus/2013/consumer-reviews/pg-3/) and there are a lot of people that has experienced this poor customer serviceIt saddens me that Ford would put lives at danger for this terrible carThe mechanic (the 2nd time my car went out) even told me that because Ford was being cheap and didn't want to buy the computer system that actually matches that transmission that that is why there is an issue with the carI will file a complaint with the Revdex.com against Ford, this is unacceptable
