Review: Recommended this travel agency through [redacted] leadership program for travel arrangement. I sent the a email on dates and program requested by [redacted].

I bought airline tickets that did not match the program dates and time.

[redacted] sent invoices (through emails) with itinerary that did not match charges to credit card.

I requested that I make my own arrangements (to one of the leg of the trip because it was not done in the beginning). This is when they charged the credit card without my knowledge.

Requested a refund and was denied (but it does state on itinerary)TICKETS ARE REFUNDABLE-CHANGES SUBJECT TO FARE DIFFERENCE

They said it was my fault.Desired Settlement: Not sure what I want at this late date
