I am very unimpressed with MacNutt customer serviceI ordered a product to be delivered the same day and when the appointment time came they didn't show upI called to find out the problem and the receptionist told me that I hadn't confirmed the appointment so they held my deliveryI didn't know what she meant so I asked for clarification and she said that they called my cell phone and left a message and that if I didn't call back to confirm that they wouldn't send the deliveryThe receptionist read back to me the phone number she called and it wasn't even close to mineI told her that and she didn't even acknowledge the mistake and went right on to say that they would send the delivery right awayI told her I wouldn't be home as I had somewhere to be and she asked me if I wanted to cancel the deliveryI told her yes I wanted to cancel, and she didn't even try to accommodate me for another time or dayI even had a cheque written to leave for the delivery driver if she had said that I didn't have to be home for the delivery, but she didn't even offer that option
