during our process of a car purchasing, focusing in a fully loaded suv awdmy husband [redacted] sent emails to several dealers as well as to Honda of White Plains/ a lady name Kaity reached out to himafter few emails back and forth, Kaity delivered an email that stated that her manager chris paccepted an offer of 30.000$$$ for a Honda CRV Touring ***, asked Kaity to confirm if OTD means all includedKaity got back to me and stated R.E.C.O.F.I.R.M.E.D my husband cc the email and ask me when I will be available to arrivei confirmed Saturday morning9:15am which was the following daywe decided to spend the night at yonkers, where my mother lives***, who was supposed to come with me to the dealer, received a call during the evening that he need to show up at work On Saturday morning I woke up 5.30am to drive [redacted] to his office in downtown Manhattan, I then drove back to the Yonkers to prepare my little girlwe left the house at 845amand arrived around 925ama guy named chris was waiting at the doorthe minute I entered her rushed me to speak up and if I need help, I said that I am looking for chris, I checked my email to see the last name, he said he is the one and referred me to Migueli asked Miguel if it is ok that I parked in GMC, he asked if I can drive the car to Honda's parking lotand ididwhen I came back chris was sitting in Miguels chair and said " [redacted] **" touring is very expensive I was shocked!!! I could not believei said: Kaity confirmed several times, Chris saying he doesnt know about it, Kaity never informed himi was very mad, I asked to speak with a manager, chris cried he is the manageri told him few times why did she confirmedhe said again he did not know about ithe then started to say about me, [redacted] ***but all the emails were printed infront of him he got up and miguel took the sitafter yelling at him I left the dealership furious and angry and shocked, I immediately called my husband, who got even angrier and sent Kaity inappropriate email [redacted] could not believehe knew what dealers can do, the reason he confirmed with Kaity what means O.T.D he told her his wife is not going to talk about money and I am only coming with the cash to pay and so sign papers needed I called Kaity to confront her, she told me Chirs did confirm times $30, otdshe then said [redacted] ***she hang up on me I met a lot of people in my life, I never believed how dirty can a person bechris and kaily acted the dirtiest I have ever seen I started the process Friday evening with no sleep, rushing to finish, packing up stuff to stay over, driving back and forth NYC YONKERS WHITE PLAINS spending gas and time, thousands of dollars in my backpack - and one chris blows it up with an extremely unprofessional showit is ok to be an aggressive sales man, does it mean being non human I wish this email will be well read, and addressed to the relevant people

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE of all the Honda service & parts departments I have ever visitedMy car is due for its oil change and I figured I go to WHITE PLAINS HONDA SERVICE since I purchased my HRV from [redacted] on Central Avenue and had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from thereBOY WAS I WRONG to go to the service department in White PlainsMy car was in their care for hours without being touched or looked atI dropped it off at 7:20am and never received a phone call on the status of my vehicleI had to call the Assistant Service Manager, Anthony, for him to finally tell me, after prior attempts to reach him via phone, that they had not started any service on my car, keep in mind it was after 2pm that I had this conversation with himI get to the office to pick up my car and of course now they want to work on my car, its after 3pI told them it should not take close to hours to do an oil change on a brand new vehicle and I would be taking it back to New Rochelle, where I have never had such a problem and would never come back to their facility againThe female representative that sat behind Anthony, did not apologize and never even attempted to explain the delayKeep in mind there were other customers in there complaining about waiting to long after being there for hours and another customer that had just left and came back b/c their tire maintenance light was onNeedless to say WHITE PLAINS HONDA SERVICES GETS A BIG FAT ZERO as a RATING and they will never receive any business from me and any of my friends if I can help it

Fraudulent Inducement and Breach of Contract on a Leased Vehicle On White Plains Honda (WPH) and I discussed the conditions of leasing a vehicle During this discussion, I was very explicit that my work commute was in excess of miles per day and that the 36,mileage cap would not work for me WPH assured me that I would not be charged for the mileage overage and I insisted that they document this on the Lease Order Agreement that I enter into with them which they did I am happy to provide a copy of this Lease Order Agreement Upon returning my lease on 816, WPH refused to acknowledge this agreement and I have been charged $1,in connection with the mileage overage

I attempted to purchase a vehicle at this dealership with a salesman named Paul All was well, I had no issues communicating with him via his work phone and cell phone When the deal was no longer a go due to the bank requiring a cosigner the lines of communication were no longer as open if at all The calls at the dealership are screened so I was not able to reach Paul or his manager Andre I have texted Paul in reference to me coming there to pick up my deposit refund of $which I have documentation of I actually have copies of all the paperwork I received a reply last week that stated he would let me know later on that day when it would be available for pick up He never contacted me after that I then reached back out via text and call to the dealer with no replies or return calls In addition, when I went to the dealership I went with a pre authorization from capitol one bank I made it very clear that tge loan was to only be handled via capitol one bank Well nat

Text book definition of the bad reputation used car salesmen haveDeceptive and disgusting practicesWe found a used car they listed on-line that we likedWe called to confirm it was still available and they said it wasBecause we live several hours away from the dealer and didn't already have a car we wanted to sort out as much as possible over the phoneThey said a sales person would call us back, but that never occurredWe then said we would go to the lot if they would reserve the car for us until we got thereThey agreedAfter a 2-1/hour trip on multiple trains, with my pregnant wife and month old daughter in tow, we get there and a sales guy named Caesar told us (with a smirk and a swarmy tone) that the car had 'just' been soldA manager named Ivan got involved claiming they were never given a message to either call us or reserve the carHe then proceeded to try to sell us either considerably older cars or a new carNeither of which were any where near the profile of the car we were interested inThey showed no remorse for the trip we took and we caught Caesar laughing about the situationOn our way out there was another couple there that told us they'd been on the lot for hours trying to close on a car they wantedPart of the delay was that they caught discrepancy in the numbers that were being discussed (i.efees et al)Would highly recommend avoiding this dealer entirely

I brought my CRV in for an oil change & transmission fluid checkMy last oil change & transmission fluid change was only a couple of months ago and have driven less than milesThen why do I change the oil again?
During my last visit the technician called me to the service area, gave me a list of things to fix urgently, or even my life can be in dangerThings included changing some parts on the front driver side wheel, and also its ABS sensorWhen I said no to it, he was very unhappy So what did he do to my car? NOTHING Exactly nothing, He did not change the oil or transmission fluidI paid for a service which was never done
When I took my car to another garage for a tire rotation a month ago, they said I need an oil change I also asked them to check the transmission oil and they said they don’t see any sign it was replacedThen a couple of weeks ago, the Schedule Maintenance light started to blinkThis comes on every miles for CRV if the oil filter was not replaced This happened to me ONLY ONCE during the last yearsAnd that was for the very first service This further confirms my doubt that the oil was never changed

I placed a $deposit on a car on May *** I was not approved of the loan and I was told I will be refunded the money in hoursNow with the holiday that past I was understanding that day wouldn't count I called on May and was told a manager was going to call meNo one didI called a few times on June * and then the receptionist said it was processed that morning and I should receive it in hoursI then called on June *** times and was told a manage will be calling me backNothingI just called again this morning and was told a manage will be calling me and nothing so I called again asking for the managerI was told Pamela M*** will be calling me back within mins and it's been minsThis is unprofessional for a business to ran...!

It was a nightmare experience for me , my friend and my wifeThey gave us a "Out the door "quote for Honda CRV touring, which I was not sure initially , so we walked out But just minutes later , we decided to go back to the same store for the same carThey started processing our dealWe were taken to the finance department, they gave us a receipt which was dollar more than out of the door price we finalized earlierWe went to manager , Chris P*** , to discuss about the new priceHe started yelling and told us that he never promised out the door price and that we were lyingFinally we settled on new price and went to finance department againThe finance guy had worst attitude than the manager P***He started conversation , saying my credit score (***) is not good enough and does not have any home loans and other big loansHe showed me a paper saying american Honda and chase has both denied to finance my carHe finally told me that capital one is going to finance my loan on his request as he had some friends thereHe then told me my monthly premium would be dollars for next monthsI asked him to explain in detail and his response was " what do you mean explain"?" when I looked at his computerHe has charged dollars for the Honda service and APR was 6.67%Then finally we decided to walk out after the conversation seemed non negotiableIt was the worst customer service I have ever received in the USAIf I could, I would give zero rating

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on July **, with the extended warranty I cancelled the warranty within the appropriate time period, and received the complete refund towards the loan on Sept ***  However, I did not receive the refund for the sales tax paid on the extended warranty I spoke with with Honda services care customer support, and no sales tax was reported to them, and I would need to get it refunded from the dealer
I've called the dealership nearly every week since then, and have been promised multiple call backs with multiple managers/salesman/finance managers, etc, but 90% of the time there is no follow up The times I actually received a call back (last time was in October); I was told it would be investigated, but it's been months since there has been any contact from them

Where do I begin? Tow truck dropped off my car off back on 11/**/it is not 01/**/and my car is still with HondaHonda does not know what the words COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE meansI had to call constantly for weeks to even receive confirmation that my car arrived after the Tow Truck picked it up, not only until I was going to report my car stolen did they finally confirm my car was thereThe car was on the lot for two weeks, called everyday leaving my name and number but never received a call backI paid a $deductible to have my car repaired and I still have no carEvery time I call I get the run around I have a newborn and not Im driving around to work, doctors appointments etc without a car in the winterThey are never straight with you , if you are unsure of when a repair will be completed inform the customer of thisDont allow me as a customer to continue with the notion the repair will be completed on the date given only to now take the opportunity
