My experience with Squeegee Squad of Springfield, MO, was disappointing Two windows were left with storm windows just laying inside and sills were not cleaned After reporting my displeasure the next day, the manager did a walk-through and photographed the problems He told me he would be getting back with me shortly After days, and still no call, I called Squeegee Squad back An immediate appointment was set up for correction I was disappointed that the manager did not come with the techs for the follto make sure the job was done right I had hired a repairman to correct one of the window situations and the techs taped the other window closed Since I was concerned about more incompetent work, I declined to have my sills cleaned I think it was a totally unprofessional job

Through a few past experiences, I have become quite skeptical of service companies Consequently, -this is major for me to say every dealing with this company was above my highest expectation Final product revealed all windows sparkling clean, with clean window seals, screens, front storm door truly spotless! EVERY expectation was met!!! I have since recommended Squeegee Squad to family and friends with RAVES!!! GREAT job, [redacted] and Company! [redacted] J [redacted]
I contacted *** at Squeegee Squad the day before our open house with hopes he could clean our windowsHe came out that day and gave me quoteHe and his squad showed up the next day and cleaned our windows before the open house startedThey went above and beyond! They even cleaned out wasps nests! They are friendly and professionalI would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again
