I bought a set of tires for my F-and the tirest where out of round, Gateway didn't belive me so they sent my to a company that can prove the tires are badAfter they checked the tires they proved they were badOriginally they told me they would only replace the bad tires,even after I told them I would pay the difference for a better tire
After I got back with the results of the bad tires they approved me upgrading but I had to pay for the inspection on the bad tires even though they're bad, then they wanted me to pay again for mounting and balancingThe Manager comes out and escorts me outside, and tells me I'm being nit picky and said im getting a refund then I must leave and go buy tires somewhere elseGateway tires are bad and I'm being told to leave because I decided my life was better then dealing worth bad tires.The manager was a complete *** and doesn't need to work with the public
