I am rejecting this response because:We paid for a direct flight back to St. Louis and never received one.  We were taken through Miami which was not what we paid for.  I feel Apple should have made other arrangements to fly us out the next day!

I am rejecting this response because:This is not the information that was relayed to me via telephone or via text conversation. Phone calls should be recoded so the company should pull up the conversation. I also have a copy of the text message wher I have stating that I was told my cancellation would only cost me 245.00 and no convestion ever took place of me havingg to pay for a roommate. If an addition person didn't pay, why wasn't that persons credit card charged as their card was on file.  I was told by the party who booked this trip that they were just going to waive the fee for the girl in my room.  This was never discussed with me at all. I was told that I was getting my refund and that it was accounting and it should take another 2-10 business days and then again it was Ana accounting error.

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for your response.As mentioned in the original complaint not receiving the Junior Suite was only 1 of the many issues experienced. Thank you for confirming that we did indeed receive the Junior suite, can you provide the physical documentation from the resort that this was the case? In addition in your response the following points were not addressed: - Lack of [redacted] support at Punta Cana airport - Increased wait time after transportation was established for [redacted] to the [redacted] Resort - Upon arrival to resort no Apple Vacations representative was present to provide vacation opportunities/support information for departure day  - At resort check-in, reservation for [redacted] and [redacted] were not found and were said to have been "cancelled"  - Due to check-in complications Day 1 of vacation was lost due to the sun setting before even making it to the room  - Upon [redacted] arrival the following day, again no Apple Vacations support was to be found  - Final day at resort, majority of time spent at the Apple Vacations office to determine the time we would be leaving for the airport (resulted in added stress/anxiety/lack of enjoyment on final morning of the trip  - [redacted] flight reservation was not found upon arrival to Punta Cana airport Due to the above, we insist that some sort of reimbursement be made. The work needed to accomplish all the above tasks were performed by myself and [redacted] who fortunately were able to speak some Spanish and get by. It was the job of the travel agent: "Apple Vacations" to arrange for all of the above items, instead they were arranged by us. Which questions exactly what we are paying for if we did all the work ourselves. The "convenience factor" that Apple is supposed to provide was non-existent.For that reason we would like reimbursement of 50%. What is the best Apple Vacations can do? We have spent easily over $50,000 dollars in the past with Apple Vacations and had great experiences. This is why we know that the standards that Apple Vacations upholds here not to par on this specific instance. As a happy customer in the past and a potential customer in the future, I do NOT think it is a lot to ask for some sort of reimbursement for the unfortunate events of our vacation. Apple Vacations owes us AT LEAST that for all the trouble we went through and for our business in the past. Apple Vacations should acknowledge their mistakes whether or not that were within their control and provide the customer service/satisfaction that they advertise and have displayed in the past.
