This customer was highly satisfied and signed off on the receipt which stated that the drain was running when our company left their homeWe have a copy of the receipt that the customer signed off on

I called the company and told them that my drain is not clear and left four voice mail messages at ###-###-#### that the drain is still backing up and I never received a return call to me ###-###-####I work from home, so I do not miss calls and I also have caller IDand voice mailI cannot continue to play games with this company who's invoice says trusted since it is obvious they cannot be trusted and do not back there servicethey should return my money and remove the slogan cause it is not trueThey are forcing me to pursue others alternatives

Work requested was to fix hot and cold water that was not working in hallway and master bathroom Macon thought it was a cartridge Macon installed cartridge but did not verify hot and cold water were working Macon did not install knobsInstead left to homeowner to install knobs and verify hot and cold water were working Even though kn0bs have to taken off first to install cartridgesThis is something plumber could have done easily as part of fixing cold and hot water issue Homeowner was able to resolve hot and cold water issue in hall way bath However, homeowner was not able to resolve hot and cold water issue in master bath Homeowner told MaconMacon plumbing responded by telling Homeowner they had the wrong [redacted] Homeowner tried all the [redacted] knobs at [redacted] and [redacted] and informed MaconMacon indicated they had the right [redacted] in their truck for $Macon came out but did not installNow Macon wants another service charge of $to install a [redacted] they h

I am rejecting this response because: I have called Macon Plumbing,,,###-###-#### on 2/2/13...2/14...and 2/15. ech time leaving my name and phone number and I have yet to receive a return
call. I have a copy of the receipt that was left with me that shows this phone number and a ** *** *** *** ** *** as the address of business. I want my money back $

I hired Anthony Macon on to snake kitchen sinkHe came to my homeHe snaked the drain and left, he said it was drainingBut when I turn on my garbage disposal, water spits out the other side of my sinkI left him detailed voice mails on 2.8, 2.13, and He has not returned my callsI work from home, so if he had called, I would have knownI paid him $by check

We are rejecting this response because:Macon Plumbing has never had a complaint of this nature, in the years of business We ran the snake "which is definitely the right tool to use" out feet and pulled back roots until there was no more left to pull out, because at that point the line was CLEARED The same equipment is used all the time on a daily basis, with no problems what so ever Just like it worked to clear this customers sewer line All toilets and fixtures were flushed and ran several times, and customer was very impressed and saw that the sewer line was CLEARED Bottom line...the customer clogged their toilet weeks later, and did not want to pay to have it unclogged They wanted something for nothing

The work requested on this job was to install new cartridges in the hall bathtub faucet and the master shower faucetThey were both *** faucetsOn arrival we noticed that all parts were taken off and missing because the homeowners father had been trying to do the job by himselfHe said that he
could not figure it out so he called us to install new cartridgesWe installed new cartridges with no issues, and hot and cold we're correctWe always check on every job for hot and cold to be correct, and it wasIt is easy to reverse the hot and cold on a *** cartridge just by spinning it, obviously he did not know that, and he spun it and is trying to blame usAgain, the homeowner said that he would install the cover plates and handles, so at that point the job was complete.The homeowners father called and complained about not being able to put the handle on the shower and that the hot and cold wasn't working rightSo we made a trip out there with no charge whatsoever and explained that he had the wrong handle on the showerTold them that we did NOT have one on the truck, or we would have sold them one for dollars, and that he could purchase one at *** or *** ***.This is what happens when homeowners try to do things themselves and can't complete themThey end up blaming someone else for their mistakes.We came out and did exactly what was requested.They were charged our every day amount for labor and parts. The grand total for the service call was $even, NOT $like they said in the complaintWe have the receipt to prove it.And once again, we will add that we went out on a second visit for no charge at all to explain the problem he was havingWhich was simply a wrong handleEven took both handles off to show the difference between them.Macon Plumbing never asked for another charge of dollars, so I'm not sure where they're coming from on that comment

This is absolutely the best plumbing company I have ever experienced! I recommend them 100%

I cannot continue to play games with this company who's invoice says trusted since 1997. it is obvious they cannot be trusted and do not back there service. they should return my money and remove the slogan cause it is not true. They are forcing me to pursue others alternatives

Never received one call or one email from this customer. We would be happy to talk it over.

I am rejecting this response because: I had another company come out to my residence, and they explained the last person to clear the drain did a really poor job, said they didn't use proper equipment, nor did they go out far enough ? The new company I paid to clear my drains started clearing my main line about 30ft. out, and continued to run their line to about 60ft. they showed me, they pulled out much more roots than I had ever expected to see, and now my drains are working like they should, Bottom line...Macon Plumbing didn't have the proper tools for the job.

In July of 2015, Macon Plumbing was called out to unclog a sewer line. We cleared the line and ran several faucets and flushed both toilets several times to make sure the line was clear. Attached is a signed receipt from the homeowner that the line was clear. There is no warranty on stoppages,...

because you just never know what someone might put in the line or flush down a toilet.Weeks later, the homeowner calls and says his toilet is going down slow. So we said we could schedule a service call t come out. The homeowner refused to pay so there was never a service call scheduled.Sincerely,Macon Plumbing.
