Contacted company for roof leaks. We scheduled a time to meet at the house to look at what needed to be done. They did not show up. My tenant informed me they came the following day to look at the roof when I was out of town. I had several missed calls while I was on vacation requesting to schedule an appointment to get the work done. The next text and phone called I received was *** and *** requesting money for the work done. I never gave authorization for work to be started. If you reference their google reviews this is not the first time they have done this.

Billing Adjustment I would be happy with a $200 partial refund.
We already notified all parties this customer is not telling the truth. We have a witness to the conversation and would be willing to spend more time dealing with a customer who has a truthful problem with working with us.
Specifically: The customer is not telling the truth about approving the work. Myself and a witness were on the phone when he approved the scope of work and the price to be paid for it. We are sorry the customer has resorted to using every website he could think of to complain about this but he is not telling the truth. Thank you but we are done here.

Please read other reviews of this company for yourself. They have done this exact scam to other customers. I am just trying to prevent others from being scammed. Even the roofers they sent out said this has happened several times.
