Bait and Switch

I ordered a part from them on 11/4/14. I received an email saying that the price had increased by $30. Since we needed the part, I went ahead and paid the difference. On 11/25/14, we ordered another part for $189. I received an email from them that the price had gone up to $250 (nice round number this time). When I callled to question the second price increase, I was told that they had no way of keeping the prices up to date on their website. My answer? Shut down the website until you find a way to keep it updated. After reading many reviews online, I found that I am not the only person with this issue with them. I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered parts for my customer through these people. They charged me $25 in shipping. Didn\'t ship my Item. I called them after two weeks and they didn\'t answer their phones, and there was not voicemail to leave a message on. Then 12 hours later they sent us an e-mail telling us that the part price had doubled and that they had never shipped the LCD and that they would not ship the LCD until we paid them the new higher price. These people bait and switch. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

They are scam artists selling broken parts and refusing returns.

I ordered a part for $450 off their site. Two days later, they emailed me that the part has had a price increase to $1000. Yes, that's AFTER I had already bought it from them. I replied, "Thanks, but I prefer the part I've already bought from your website prior to the price increase." So they immediately canceled my order. Absolutely shameless, despicable scammers.
