I took my wedding ring to the*** location which has now closed to be repaired in July of 2019. I have not received my ring back.
I took my ring in on July 10, 2019 to be repaired at the*** location, it has now closed. I was informed after calling the store to inquire if the ring was ready and was informed it was an issue with th repair. I was told the ring would be repaired and I would be called when it was done. I have called several times and recieved no response. I was told on a different time that it was being prepared and there was another issue with the ring. I have made several calls but have not received any further information on the repair. The ring is a white gold cluster and the head was to be reattached to the band.
I would like for my ring to be repaired and it it is beyond repair, I would like it returned in the form that was taken into the store.
MacPherson"s Diamonds & Designs has done customer requested ring repair, customeer ring its been ready for pick for over a month.
customer was notifide at the time she call last that her ring be ready to pick up in 3 days.
Customer Phone number not working. no way to get in touch with customer.
