Review: I had apply for this apartment that's out here in baton rouge that is own by Mac-re Llc that's located in new Orleans is the corporate is at. February 19 ,2016 I had give the rent office at Edgewood place apartments that's in baton rouge my deposit for the apartment which was united 30 I was suppose to move in by march 10,2016 but the apartment was not still ready for me to move in so I told the office manager that was over the apartments and her name was Ms. Holly. Then when I talk to Ms. Holly I told her I didn't wont the apartment I just wanted my deposit back and she point blank told me with an attitude that its going to take 6 to 8 weeks before I could get my deposit back. and I ask her why should it take that long for some body to get there deposit back when I never moved into the place at all. so I had ask her since I have got my lights and water cut on in the apartment February 24, 2016 who was going to pay them bills for me not even living in the apartment and she couldn't say nothing about the bill. So I have been calling the corporate office since april 8 2016 asking them about my deposit. I been talking to Ms Donna T[redacted] about my case and she is giving me different dates of when she is suppose to send me my refund back. so it has been almost two months since I been calling the corporate office about my money because I still have bills to pay. But it seems to me that they doesn't like to give people back there deposit back. And to this day I'm still trying to figure out why do a person that has changed there mind about moving into a place and it would take them almost three months to refund somebody money and that is so wrong. And my deposit was 685.00 I made an money order from my bank on 2/19/2016Desired Settlement: they need to close that company down because they figure that nobody would file a compliant against them.

Review: Paid deposit to move into Centerplace apartments, and I decided not to move in because there were a number of things wrong with the apartment. I was notified by management that I would receive my deposit back, its been well over 30 days and I still have not received it. I've called numerous times and no one seems to want to get the issue resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount of $476.00
