We ordered a fan from this company (approx $8000) for our businessAfter months this fan has stopped workingWe contacted the company who sent us different parts to no availWe continued to ask for them to send out there installer to take a look which they continued to reply call an electricianOur electrician was here a few times and conferenced with the company each time but the fan is still not workingIt is now December(months since fan stopped working)and we still have a non working fan their installer has yet to be hereThey told us our warranty has now been voided due to a pic of a part they asked us to send them? They now after months of asking for the installer to come tell us we will have to pay for him to come to us to troubleshoot the issueWe have done everything they have asked us to do and now they strip our warranty? How does this make sense where is the justice where is the customer service? Nothing but phone calls and emails never once have they sent some
