I am rejecting this response because: Because of the claim they "attempted to contact" me via email and "did not receive a response".They did contact me via Email, and I did respond. I even have the read receipt. I've attached it here, please let me know if it didn't attach properly. For the record, I'll put my reply email here as well. "Hi, I'm not sure what to tell you; The sign on top said two for $5. If it's not there now, then it's been moved or taken down. If it wasn't advertising the price of pop, then it shouldn't  be (or have been) on top of the pallet of 2L bottles. Like I said originally, this isn't about the money; it's seemingly about misleading displays (intentionally arranged or not). This trend of incorrect prices being put on things, or "deal" signs being put on something completely unrelated has been getting worse lately at a number of stores, and I'm tired of it - It's easy enough for people to pass off as a mistake(which likely just happens to generate a fair bit of extra income, how unfortunate), but when it happens all the time it's intentional. Maybe it was a mistake in this case, maybe it wasn't. But I know there was something on top of that pallet that said two for $5, otherwise I would have just left - I've no intention of paying $4 a bottle for pop I can get at another store for $1.50. $2/$2.50 is okay for the convenience of being able to walk down the street, but I don't like feeling as if I'm being ripped off, no one does. Again, I'm not looking for a refund ($1.88 isn't worth the time it takes to go through all this) - I want to make sure this isn't going to happen again, or keep happening to everyone else. Thanks for your time,  -[redacted]"
Sincerely,
[redacted]
