I went back to through our records to see if the emails went out and they did go out however neither one had your correct email address so you would not have received either email dated December 9, 2014 or January 18, 2015.
I have attached the paid invoices from [redacted] and the bill for [redacted] time to get the [redacted] inspection closed. See attached.

First, I want to say thanks for the check for $450.00 for the electrical work. We appreciate the consideration of this issue. However, the total request was for $750.00 for obtaining and providing electrical services necessary to complete a safe code compliant heater and air conditioning system and to get approval from the Douglas County Permit Office, which Mac's Maintenance failed to provide. This effort required a significant amount of time for the homeowner to hire an electrical contractor and to schedule and be available for numerous inspections. Along with getting the final permit approval we were able to get the Douglas County Permit Office to extend the permit past its expiration date and to get the inspector to extend the permit after maximum failed inspections which saved $125.00 each. Electrical and mechanical permits are an important and necessary part of a making sure there is a safe installation. In this case the effort was handled by the homeowner and is in everyone's best interest that it was completed. We feel that $300.00 for the homeowner to complete this work is a fair and reasonable compensation and request reimbursement for this effort.
