I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
As you can see, Mr. [redacted] has indicated he will decide when he arbitrarily returns our money as he sees fit. We are not accepting his plan of reimbursement. We can not allow him to decide each month whether he will return our money or not. He has admitted he rented the units out to other people for June and July.By sending the first refund check for the month of June for two units he has shown that he is obligated to return our money. His terms are that he will return our money only if he can rent the units out to other tenants in future months. No where in his contract does it state that he can keep our advanced money so we want the entire sum of the money we advanced to MACS. MACS is in breach of our month-to-month contract. Our next step is to file a small claims case against Mr. [redacted], Mr. [redacted] father and the owner of the company. I appreciate the Revdex.com's assistance in getting Mr. [redacted] to respond in writing to certain statements he has made and I now have those documented. I don't know if any further back and forth will help us resolve this matter. I will rely on the Revdex.com as to the next steps we need to follow.

To whom it may concern at the Revdex.com,
In response to this complaint from [redacted], we
accepted a prepayment for a year for 4 units at our facility. Our summery of rules
state that we do not prorate early termination. We did explain to them as well
their attorneys that we would be willing to refund them back the monthly rental
rates, in good faith, as long as the units are re-rented on a monthly basis. We
will do this until the amount of prepayment has been met. We have already
refunded 2 of the units in the amount of $135.00, they were still in 2 of the
units, for the month of June. We will be refunding 4 units in the amount of $355.00
in July as we have those re-rented for this month. We will then continue to
refund the amount of $355.00 to them monthly as long as the units are rented
until the original prepay was to end, with the exception of December as that
month was free with the prepayment option.
3 hour minimum is part of our services. She agreed to it and paid for it. Then decided she didn't want to. For customer satisfaction I sent the credit via mail for 3/4 of a hour. $81.75 because she used 2.25 hours of service. She claims she never received the credit. Will not be...
sending additional credit as the funds have already been returned.
