Please respond here ONLY]There were several verbal discussions and agreements made during the project that were not written as I trusted the company to do what was discussed.  For example: It doesn't describe how payment would be made.  I made a deposit, a first draw payment and a 2nd payment upon his request...even though it was not written in the agreement.  The owner explicitly told me they would haul off the refuse wood.  On the final day they worked and I handed him the 2nd payment, he said "[redacted]" would come by that day and get the wood.  Two days later when I called to follow up he told me on the phone he would haul off the wood himself after he borrowed a truck and that he wanted the wood.
