In my response, sir, I would like to start by saying the amount of $466.00 was refunded on 10/16/2017 as agreed. As far as your lug nut, unfortunately sometimes things break (especially on much older, off road vehicles) I did apologize and offer to cover any cost right away. In regards to our phone conversation it was with only good intentions to solve this matter, that I invited you to come in personally, as I offered to give you a partial refund, pay for your gas, and even take you out to dinner; so, that as I stated we may shake hands and leave on good terms. If you felt threatened in any way, I sincerely apologize. In reference  to your claims of literature from a local Outlaw Motorcycle Club being displayed in my shop, I have absolutely no idea what you are referring to, and quite frankly I feel your words are slanderous.  To address my "numerous tattoos" that is my personal choice, and has nothing to do with the work I perform, please keep in mind that our interactions on both days when the vehicle was dropped off and picked up were pleasant and I had no idea you were dissatisfied. As to my wife calling after we spoke, that again was all in good intentions to resolve this issue; and as she is the bookkeeper was trying to understand why in your initial complaint the disputed amount was $330.00 and during our conversation you demanded 50% in the amount of $466.00.  I tried in every way to fix this issue and did refund the amount we agreed on; although I would have much rather handled this issue without going back and forth, I feel as a small business some of your claims had to be addressed. I do apologize for any inconvenience or turmoil this may have caused, and I hope there are no hard feelings.
