Mac's Window Tinting

I was quoted $195 for all my windows to be tinted and my windshield was not tinted, they wanted to charge me another $150 for it. I did not tint my front window because I was quoted something different.All of my windows(aside my windshield) were tinted at 5% visibility when Nevada state law is 35% for the two front side windows. We did not know the law until after we had our windows tinted. We were not informed of this either while deciding what tint to do.I stated we wanted our windows as dark as they can be. They went ahead and tinted them darker than NRS 484 allows, knowing the law for tinting. We were not given a receipt or information on the lifetime warranty that was suppose to be included with tinting our windows. My husband went back agreed that Mac could at least have the tint removed from the driver and front passenger windows at no cost and we were still given no receipt and no warranty information after this. He also wanted to charge us another $50 to have the proper tint placed on our front windows. We cannot afford to redo the tint, we saved to get our windows tinted. I am very upset with the service. I will not return to Mac's and I will not recommend that anyone goes there unless you are completely aware of the tinting laws, specifically state that you want your windows tinted within regulation or are comfortable with this sort of arrangement, I however was not.Desired SettlementI want my receipt for the service, I want the warranty information and I'd like to have my front windows tinted at proper law requirements without having to pay for it again. There is no record via written or digital that this customer has ever been to or conducted business with Mac's Window Tinting.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I made the appointment my husband [redacted] is the one who took our car in to this business. When I saw we were giving absolutely nothing but a blank warranty paper he went back to this shop to clear these issues up.Of course there would be no record, because we were made to pay with cash, did not get our receipt and no warranty information. We would not go out of our way to complain about a business for no reason.
