Our business has been up and running since We get thousands of purchases on a daily bases from all over the worldWe understand that not everyone is shaped the same or measurements can be misreadHow we normally rectify these situations is by exchanging the garment or by issuing a refundWhenever any item is returned back to us it must be carefully inspected through our returns departmentDue to the intimate nature and our hygienic standards our department thoroughly inspect all returns. Refund/exchange will not be issued for products that have been altered, stained, worn, washed, damaged, have smoke or perfume smell (or any strong odor), soiled, or the tag not in placeThis information is also located on our website, under our Company return policyWe happily issue any refund or exchange request as long as it gets approved from our returns departmentUnfortunately, your returned items were deniedWe have sent you emails, sent you pictures, and verbally stated why the garments were deniedOur returns department found that the returned items were worn, stained, and washedWorn because stretch marks were visible through out the garmentStained because all the items purchased are of the color black, any stains are easily visibleA white substance stain was found on garmentWashed because all items had a strong scent of detergent and fabric on the garment had a softer feel to itWhen creating a garment in our factory every item is left with the same specific scent and texture, because of a unique liquid that is sprayed on material.
