signed by our customersIn this case it was a miscommunication with my staff as to the correct delivery date and I am so sorry that our bride had to have that experience. I assure you, that was not our intention and again I apologized to our bride Alexandra Kerke for the miscommunication. I’m happy to report that Alexandra’s dresses arrived on June 23rd and we notified her immediately.I assure you that we will make every effort for Alexandra and her bridal party to be fully satisfied.We have made special arrangements to have our alterations specialist come in this Saturday to accommodate Alexandra’s request for their fittings.At this time I feel we have resolved this matter
