I am rejecting this response because: he did nothing for me to help solve this issue I absolutely have to call every single day to the customer service line being insulted by their representatives which lied to me every time I called. I also called the macys credit card fraud department and they still were not help, they disconnected the calls every time and finally when we reached the recovery department someone there told me that they have taken this money to pay back balance due that was on the macys credit card that was closed on 2009 and that they will not refund anything. As per this confirmation I contacted my attorney who said macys can not do that and he will mail over the corporate office a letter so they know the consequences if they don't refund the money as agreed in the contract. Doing business with macys was a horrible experience and I will never buy anything from them ever again, macys won't care for the customers and their satisfaction by any mean. There is not customer service at any level not management department to escalate customer complaints.
