We can not refund the purchase as it was not purchased from us, we can replace once again if he want a replacement

I am rejecting this response because: Due to the original product being replaced as it was defective, this new product now falls under Mad Catz responsibilities to be either replaced or refundedThe original seller has no claim over the replacement product, that is Mad Catz responsibilityThis product was falsely marketed and I will be seeking a refund through the court system if need be

Customer was sent a replacement via FedEx tracking ***, item has already been deliveredAfter receiving his replacement customer was now asking for a refund, our policy state we can not refund a product if it was not purchased directly from us, he need to go back to where he purchased
the item if he want a refund
