We recently received a message that this was closed as unresolvedIn looking through my file I see that we sent a message stating that we were going to send someone over to fix the step for the customer and eat our $However if this is going to go on our record as unresolved then I see no reason to go any further with this customerPlease advise how this might be reopened so we can get it resolved and the customer happy [redacted] ID [redacted]
We recently built a deck for this customerBecause of numerous issues from the building department the deck ended up costing almost double of what the contract wasAdditionally the customer still owes us $from the $contractI told the customer that we would come out and fix his step to meet the building inspectors request and pick up the remaining balance on the jobThe customer however has indicated that he does not owe the $which is fine with me and he can have the step fixed himselfThe fix is about a minute job and does not require any thing to be disturbed on the rest of the deckAt this time I would prefer the customer keep his $which he does not want to pay and have the step fixed but if we have to go out we expect to be paid our $
