***(ID#***) Dear Ms***, I am in receipt of your correspondence dated March 27, regarding a complaint filed by Ms***. In your correspondence, you state that Ms*** says that Spartanburg Financial Services, Inchas reported multiple tradelines on her credit report and that she had on one account with us I called Ms*** on 3/29/and asked her to explain her complaint it detail. Ms*** said that she did not realize that every time she renewed her loan that she, if fact, was opening a new loan which would then be reported to the credit bureauMs*** has had eight total loans with us. The latest loan paid out in February 2017. She asked that all the loans be removed from the credit bureau, Equifax. I assured Ms*** that I would look into the situation and respond to her. After discussing this situation with our third-party vendor that provides our operating system, it was determined that we could only remove the latest loan that paid out in February The previously paid out loans were no longer being reported by our company and Ms*** would have to contact Equifax in order to have them removed I have called Ms*** numerous times, left a message, but have not received a call back. I will continue to call Ms*** and will provide her with both the address and phone number for Equifax. However, I wanted to reply to you before the ten-day deadline expired.
