Hello, I am responding in regards to the complaint emailed to me yesterday Please let me know what I need to do to resolve This is for a party that came in during a Sunday afternoon Their only complaint was for wait time on their food, which over an hour is an exaggeration They still ate their food without issue They sent us an email shortly after complaining, which I had a letter written up including complimentary entree cards ready to send out when I received this complaint I do not think that a full refund for people should be required when they ate their meals Let me know how to proceed or if you have any suggestions Thank you, [redacted] ***General Manager

I did not exaggerate on the wait time, I clearly remember the time and so do my friends, we waited for exactly minutes before getting the food outWe ate the food because we went hungry to the restaurant and in one hour the hunger exponentially increasedI can understand the restaurants unwillingness to refund, but entree cards is a little too less for people to adjustI would like to propose to settle for 8-entree cards, given there were people on the table at that point in time.

exaggeration.  They still ate their food without issue.  They sent us an email shortly after complaining, which I had a letter written up including 4 complimentary entree cards ready to send out when I received this complaint.  I do not think that a full refund for 15 people should be required when they ate their meals.  Let me know how to proceed or if you have any suggestions.  Thank you, [redacted]General Manager

I would like to settle with 8 entree cards if the guest finds acceptable. I hope that we can resolve this and move forward. My apologies for not being able to resolve this more smoothly and quickly. I hope to see them again so they may give us another opportunity to maintain their patronage.
