We received the complaint that [redacted] filed with the Revdex.com on October 20, 2015. TruHome Solutions services a mortgage loan for Ms. [redacted]. She requested that a loss draft check for flood damage be issued directly to her, instead of to the contractor making repairs to her home. Ms....

[redacted] contacted TruHome Solutions on October 20 making the same request. Her request was honored and check was cut that day and overnighted to her.The repairs have been completed and the check cashed. We consider this issue closed.
