Absolutely do not use this company! No one responds to emails! No one answers the phone! No one returns phone calls after leaving a phone message! Horrible company and customer service!

The customer ordered a jersey through our online store, 
border-bottom-color: rgb(204, 204, 204);">on Tuesday the 17th we received an email stating that they had ordered the wrong jersey and wanted to change. We immediately issued a refund for the purchase and instructed the customer to place a new order with the correct details. Refund confirmation from [redacted] is attached. The refund is returned immediately by [redacted] to the customers bank, however the banks can sometimes take several days to return the credit to the customers card/account. This was explained to the customer who was upset that the money was not returned sooner, however this is beyond our control.
 
 
As you can see from the confirmation we refunded the customer immediately as requested. There is no further action we can take to assist the customer.
 
Please let me know the next actions required in this matter. I am currently overseas so please correspond via email.

I was excited about the potential of madcore. They had a lot of interesting and unique uniform styles, much more than some of the bigger players in the space. But boy was I disappointed when I received our jerseys. They're using some kind of an iron on decal which cant be put in the dryer. We're a mens flag football team these things are going to be pulled on stretched and sweat in religiously... how many sports teams do you know "hang dry" their jerseys? The print on the front also feels flimsy and paper like.

The back appears to be screen printed but there are problems here too. The jersey is purple with black names and numbers (which cost extra mind you). Now of course the colors can vary from the site to reality, but someone actually produced these shirts. Anyone can could clearly see the contrast of the black to purple was not good enough, you can barely see the numbers at all. It would've taken 60 seconds to make a phone call with a professional recommendation... instead they just printed and shipped and now, I am left totally unhappy and out $40 a shirt.

These shirts were roughly $5 less than CustomInk, but the quality isn't close. I tried to call email and reach out on Facebook to discuss a solution that would maybe turn things around, but I was simply told. It says on the website it may vary, and we dont do refunds.

I need to give madcore credit. They have since reached out to offer replacement jerseys. Top notch service and follow-up.

Customer service is at an all time low. I placed an order on 9.22.17. Immediately got a response via email that my order had been placed and I could see the charge on my card. For three days, since Monday, 10.2.17, I have been trying to contact this company to see if my jersey can be shipped out today because I need it for Friday. If not, no big deal I can wait but to not be able to get anyone on the phone for three days is discouraging. The parents of my son's football team were all going to buy jerseys from this company based off my recommendation. However now, I will not be placing an additional order because I have yet been able to get anyone on the phone, nor have I received a email reply back from the [email protected] email. I will simply search for a new vendor. I hope my jersey is worth the wait.

Review: On February 13, 2015, I placed an order with Madcore Sportwear to purchase a football jersey. I received a confirmation email with a confirmation order number TO-[redacted]. I realized on Sunday, that I order the wrong type of jersey and I called Madcore on Monday, February 16, 2015 to change the jersey. She had instructed that she will cancel the order and refund my money, and I will need to replace the order again, using my bank card again because the jersey was different in cost. I did not feel right about reordering simply because she had not refunded the first order I have purchased. So I waited about a week and the money still was yet to be refunded, so I called and the same lady and she stated the money was refunded and she was going to send another email confirmation but I never received the email nor the refund. I never placed the second order in which I am glad I did not and I have called the same number listed above, sent countless emails, and left multiple voice mails but I have not been contacted nor the company is not answering the phones anymore.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund.
