Madd Hatter Restoration

our 14,000 lb 4 post lift is used in our alignment bay I bet it is 7 0r 8 years old now this lift has held up well 6 days a week with heavy use the lift cylinder started to leak yesterday I will call bend pak monday morning and order a new one My past bend pak orders/parts for other lifts/balancers have always shipped right away. We have had less problems with our bendpak lifts than with our rotary lifts

Review: I contracted with Madd Hatter, based in Ambridge, PA to do some chimney restoration in November 2013. Among other details, they were to install a chimney liner, repoint my two chimneys, and cap them. The chimney liner and repointing were done to my satisfaction. Chad told me that the chimney caps needed to be ordered and he'd be back out to finish the job when they were in. A month went by, no update. Two months went by, no update. I was finally able to reach Chad, who stated that due to the extremely cold winter, he'd be back out to finish the job once the weather broke. It is now the end of August. After repeated phone calls and texts, there have been no return phone call nor a resolution to the agreed upon scope of work. A copy of the work proposal is available and will be faxed under separate cover.Desired Settlement: I would like the remainder of the contract to be honored at the agreed upon price with the installment of the two chimney caps.
