Absolute conman. Get everything in writing when dealing with this man although I would suggest you avoid him altogether. He and his architect will falsify town submitted plans, begin work and then give you a completely contradictory story to what he sold you initially. This man is not to be trusted look on Angie's list his rating is an F most accounts with this crook are very similar to what I experienced and he has had numerous complaints against him over the years. He somehow manages to escape litigation each time but ask Nassau County consumer affairs about him before you enter into any contract with this conman. Beware of Pat Madden and his architect Barbara Bundas do not be fooled by their stories.

I had a new roof installed on my house by Madden Construction. The crew did a great job from beginning to end! They worked skillfully, quickly and cleaned up every bit of debris. Nothing in my garden was damaged. I was especially pleased that [redacted] came to check on the progress and quality of the work being done. I found him to be knowledgeable, honest and reliable. I was totally satisfied with the completed job and I would definitely use Madden Construction again!

I had a roof that was leaking, so I called Madden Construction Company because I had seen them working on many houses in my neighborhood throughout the years. The contractor made me feel comfortable when he explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. The roofers pulled off the old shingles, repaired several bad spots, put on the new roof and cleaned everything up by the end of the day. The next time it rained my livingroom was nice and dry! I was so impressed by the quality of the work and the no-stress, professional treatment from the contractor that I recommend Madden Construction to anyone needing work on their house. Based on my positive experience my friend had her roof replaced by them as well.
