Extremely happy with the whole process of having our ducts cleaned by Madden Heating & AC I called Madden Heating (I had never heard of them, do not know them, I simply [redacted] 'duct cleaning' and found them) to see about making an appointment with them after having another local company here days earlier for the duct cleaning, but I ended up sending the other local company out the door before the work began That's another story So I had a lot of questions and concerns for Madden Heating Rich explained on the phone the process of how the ducts are cleaned and he addressed my other concerns as well I scheduled the appointment and was happy with everything from start to finish They did exactly what they said they would do and even more!! I asked for the dryer vent to be cleaned, which they did, but he said it still seemed blocked and he knew he hadn't gotten all the stuff outHe went the extra mile, did the extra step, and got a HUGE pile of dryer lint that tumbled out of the piping onto the floor He didn't have go to those lengths He could have easily just used the rotor brush/vacuum, which he did use, and told me it was doneI wouldn't have known otherwise But he went above and beyond, did the extra work, which was a lot, and cleaned out what he knew was still in there!! My hat is off to him for that! I love a job well done to perfection and that's what he did! They also cleaned the cold air returns as well as the registers in the floors They wore the shoe covers as promised the ENTIRE time they were in our home Rich told me on the phone "I treat your house like I treat my house" and they certainly did just that!! Thank you Rich and Jonathan!! Madden Heating & AC also did NOT come into my home reeking of foul, over-the-top disgusting cigarette smoke as the other company had days prior I had to air out my house after I sent that other company away before the work even beganMadden Heating also gave me a total price up front after they counted the vents and the price stayed the same when it was time to pay They cleaned up the house perfectly, they stayed on task, worked very hard, and left nothing but clean vents behind I couldn't be happier I would definitely hire them againI would definitely recommend them to anyone Thank you Rich and Jonathan :)

Excellent company! I felt like I was dealing with a family member or a fellow church memberThey made us so comfortable & didn't try to sell us anything even though it would have been very easy to do so given the age of our a/c & our necessity of a working a/c due to health issuesThe owner was quick to come out the night it broke, quick to fix the problem & left my home in the condition he found itIt was degrees & they kept going! I never trust anyone & I found myself going in my room & letting them come & go as needed without feeling the need to check on them every minsCan't say enough good things! Definitely will use Madden again & will refer others!
