I spoke to our siding installers. They do recall the siding was installed as requested over this "possible future air conditioner sleeve through the wall" as requested by the owner.
We have...
a 12 month labor warranty on our work.
This is now 42 months later. I checked our signed contract on file for this project & the salesman has no notes for going back 3 - 1/2 years later to remove siding. This salesman has not worked for our company for years.
I have no written or email warranty request from this owner.
