That's [redacted] ! Now y'all adding and taking away things that differ from the contract I signedIf it does come back that I'm at fault for any accident (which it wont) then y'all can have the money you robbed me ofY'all know that Ford Escape is not worth no 54,dollars Thats what yall get check stubs for, to make sure that a person can make payments and yall have my check stubs and yall knew but yall put the keys in my hands anywaysYall are scammers EXTORTION is the word for Rent To Own Auto Centers [redacted] will NOT be giving you anymore of her business or money Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Regards, [redacted]

Rent To Own Auto Center has not done anything that differs from our contract or addendums. Ms*** has only made two payments on the vehicle, 4-14-when she signed the contract and made a second payment on 4-28-17. There was a payment due on 5-12-that was/has not been paid. In the time period that she had the vehicle she would have been allowed 2,miles and she drove 3,miles. Rent To Own Auto Centers recovered the vehicle on 5-26-17. Once again, Ms *** came into our location, learned about our program and decided to sign a contract for a vehicle. Our customers have to make their own decision whether our program will work for them or not. This being the case her use of the work "extortion" is totally inaccurate as the definition of "extortion" is the practice of obtaining something through force or threats. If the Revdex.com would like copies of the contract and paperwork signed by Ms *** I would be happy to forward and you will agree that Rent To Own Auto Centers is not deserving of Ms ***'s negative comments. Thank you

Ms [redacted] signed a contract with Rent To Own Auto Centers on April 14, 2017.  Our program is explained in detail to our customers before signing the contract.  Our rental agents work with customers so they select a vehicle that suits their needs and is within their budget.  Ms....

[redacted] has chosen to add insurance to her contract.  The base payment for the vehicle is $260.00 plus insurance in the amount of $220.20 which totals $480.20 bi-weekly.  Our customers are given a quote for RTO Insurance and the quote specifically details all monies that will be collected if the customer opts to move forward and entering into a rental agreement.  Each customer selects a mileage tier and if they exceed the miles per the contract they are charged .20/mile.  Ms. [redacted] has a contract affording her 25,000 miles per year but in the time she had the vehicle she would be driving approximately 36,000 miles per year.  Unfortunately, since all of our information is done in writing and the customers signs and initials all paperwork, Rent To Own will not be issuing any refunds.  Ms [redacted] can turn her current vehicle in and select a car with a lower bi-weekly but her insurance seems to be higher than average.  Our program allows a customer to return the vehicle at anytime, barring any damages or excess miles they are good to walk away and their payments cease.  In reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s file it has been reported that the vehicle had been in an accident in the first two weeks of her being in our program.  If Ms. [redacted] is a fault then she will owe a $500 deductible.  Should you require any additional information, please contact me.

To: [redacted]Cc: [redacted]Subject: FW: Scan from Independence [redacted]- [redacted] She came in for an inspection, [redacted] was on the lot and noticed damage on the car.  We pulled her fill and realized she had not reported the damage or come in for...

an oil change.  At that point, I asked her for her keys, she handed them to me.  I went out and inspected the damage and to also get her miles.  After running her miles and seeing she had driven 20,316 miles in 5.3 months, I informed her that she would need to come up with half of what she owed to leave with the car.  She should have been in for almost  7 oil changes and that by not coming in, it was breach of contract, along with not reporting the damage. At no point did I touch her or raise my voice to her. She didn’t think she was in the wrong by being over her miles or her damage to the vechile.  She informed us that she was not leaving unless we  pay for her cab or the bus.  I asked her to call someone for a ride.  [redacted] sat down at the table with her and told her she couldn’t be here and if they didn’t leave, I was going to call the cops.  At that point, they were able to find a ride. [redacted] gave them 4 garbage bags to pack up their things, even helped them unload their car.   Regards, [redacted]Independence MO, 64055 Phone: ###-###-####
