After reviewing ** *** response, I reached out to him and we had a lengthy telephone conversationDuring the call I offered him documentation of the partial refund he received at closing as well as a full refund of the difference*** *** said he was not interested in monetary compensationAt this juncture despite my best efforts, I feel there is nothing further we can offer to satisfy *** *** as his mortgage transaction is complete and hopefully he is happy with his new home.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because the check that was sent to us was by the lawyer because he wanted to get the closing done when when we called them they blamed everybody else except themself then Hector the boss a total *** said he will call me he never did back he never did I explained the Va loan three times they ran my credit then they tell me I was looking coed in at the first time it was pulled Mary she and the whole company did nothing to help us but to make the procedure a long painful one .Thats the way they deal with Veterans loans I will also write to the military headquarters about there companyThey should never be in business because they are liars
