Review: We had a very upsetting experience at this store. A friend had made a reservation for her son & ours to attend an Easter painting class. [redacted], the [redacted] said my son could not participate when we arrived because we didn't bring a release form? I said we never received one, but would surely sign. We had prepaid through our friend. She advised us she didn't have anything in her shop to sign & what if my son destroyed her shop??? I couldn't believe how she treated my 6 year old in front of everyone! I asked for my money back since she said he didn't have her paperwork waiver & she said no! No refunds!! What kind of [redacted] does not keep a waiver in the store? Such poor business, we'd NEVER go back! Sad, my child had to witness this as he was waiting to paint!! The sad part is this [redacted] knew my son because he attended another class with friends once before & she said how good he was. I explained she never mailed us forms & even mailed her [redacted] response back to her with her email saying she had my wrong e-mail address.... Sad, she lost good costumers & could have had the decency to apologize! Stay away*Desired Settlement: I paid $25.00 for my six year old to paint and was not allowed because the [redacted] did not have release waiver/forms for us to complete. She said he could not stay without a form! I asked for my money back & she said no refunds- I would like my $25.00 back & an apology.
