If I could leave zero stars I would. This "company" is trash. They hype you up into thinking your cute cats can be "ambassadors" then you pay way too much money for a *** triangle peice of material that takes 5 months to arrive. Then when you try and get your money back they ghost you.

I'm embarrassed I actually fell for the scam.

Ordered in April and never received, no response. A bot replies stating they will look into it and they never do. No phone number can be found.

This is a scam. I did not receive the items I ordered, instead a different item that was cheap and poorly made. They have not responded to any of my emails to request a refund. What a horrible SCAM!!

Absolutely a bad business experience. They say they are looking for ambassadors. When I agreed, they gave me a discount to buy. I spent my money and the product is cheap and poorly made. The bandanas are tiny and do not fit larger cats; they are also made to only work with collars, which is not explained at the time of purchase. I tried to message and email several times - absolutely no response. This verges on a scam and they need to be shut down. Despite all of these bad reviews, their advertising is still hitting social media hard.

Awful lying company. Ordered a set 13 day’s ago and still have yet to receive so much as a tracking number. Thank god I paid through ***. Will be disputing this! This company needs to be *** down immediately.

I had also purchased from this company and was not given what I had ordered. I had ordered the triple set and an extra bandanna for the cat. I had only received one of the bandanna, after several weeks of waiting. I then email a Nicole C., she told that she was sorry for the mistake and offered to resend the whole ordered again through the website with a code that would make it free. Again several weeks later I hadn't heard from Nicole nor did I receive what was ode to me. The one bandanna that I had received was cheaply made and its a shame that it was a struggle to even contact a representative. *** and *** contacts for them was just an automated response system. The company also claims it donates to pets in need and I am started to question that claim as well. I saw that someone on *** had asked but no reply.

Made By Meows is advertising for cat owners to become an ambassador. All you have to do is purchase a bandana for your cat and a hair piece for yourself. They give you a discount code. I decided to buy a Avocatdo Catdana (one of the cat bandand offered on their website) for $12. However, I never received my order after weeks of trying to solve the issue with them. Three weeks after I placed my order, Made By Meow customer representative Nicole C. told me it was on back order and I should be receiving it shortly. I asked for a tracking number but she told you that I could only get a tracking number if I purchased $50 or more (I only spend $12.) Two weeks after that, I emailed them again about how I have not gotten my package and ask for an update or a refund. They told me I could not get a refund for a package I have never received. Nicole C. responded by saying the package was returned by to the business and that she could give an a discount code for I could repurchase my item again for $4.99. She never responded and gave me a discount code. In addition, they have stopped replying to my emails or messages on Facebook.

I do not recommend anyone shop here. They advertise that they will post your picture on their page if you buy their products but rarely do so. In addition, the fact that they refuse to give me a tracking number or respond to my emails makes it sound like a scam.

product is small and very cheap not at all what I expected photos are misleading and the whole thing is misleading they first said they were looking for cat models so I responded I got a discount code and purchased when I finally got the product I couldnt believe how horrible cheap and small it was do not buy anything here its 100% a shoddy scam. thankfully I only bought one item for $13 its still very crappy of them to do this to people. and come to find out the person on facebook messaging me about the cat modeling was a robot.
