I’ve dropped the suit jackets off at another alteration location In addition to being refunded the amount I was charged by [redacted] to alter them, I would like her to reimburse me the amount that I will be charged to “undo” her seam workThey need to do this it seems before they can alter the jackets correctly (from the sides)

I appreciate that [redacted] is willing to refund the money that I paid her to alter the jacketsHowever due to the unprofessional manner in which [redacted] conducted herself on our last encounter, I will not be bringing the suit jackets back for her to undue her seam workShe has been given three opportunities to make this correct and has been unable or unwilling to do soI feel she is responsible for any and all costs that I incur paying someone to undo her alteration on these brand new suit jackets

We discussed with Mr*** that embroidery always has a top and a bottomWe embroider lots of bunnies each year each with embroidery through the earWe never offer opening up the ear and closing it as a serviceJust as it is not offered on burps or blanketsEmbroidery always has a top and
bottomMr*** bunny was custom embroidered and our policy is all sales finalWe would not be able to resell an embroidered itemThis product as the embroidery industry sells items is the customary practice for embroideryIf the bunny had not been embroidered we would refund his moneyHowever the item is embroideredWe are so sorry that Mr*** is unhappy with his bunny

We sincerely regret that Mrs. [redacted]s jackets were not put back to the original seam when she came into the shop to check on the status of them.  I had been out of the office and did not leave the work to one of my employees to perform.  Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] were at odds over...

the length of the hems.  Mrs. wanted them longer and Mr. wanted them shorter.  We hemmed them longer.   During all of the commotion of the hem lengths we pinned his jackets and let Mr. look at the fit of the jacket and he agreed that was the alteration they wanted. The first pick up Mr. didn't like the longer length of the pants so we reworked the hems shorter.  After the final pick up Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] became unsatisfied with the jackets.  We will refund the amount of the jacket alterations to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted].  total with tax is $32.48.  I still stand that I will return the jackets to the original seam at no cost.
