They are crooked I was ok paying shipping fees for a sample only received the package 3 days ago//went to my bank today to find out on my statement 4 x$6-95 for shipping [that was crooked enough but further looking at my account.They also took out $89-96 under the name booter keto fl ///and another amount of$79 29/under the name of dominofors 345440786 I have filed afraud complaint with my bank [this is a crooked company

These guys are crooks. They never tell you that you are signing up for monthly shipments. When you call them to cancel they offer you a 50% discount, then they offer you a 70% discount. All I want is to cancel my subscription and not receive any of their product. Stay away from these crooks.

They have taken 320. From my account I never ordered anything im on disability and sick .anyway to get my money back.?

Review: I received a call from a solicitation agent with Made healthy on March 2, 2015. I was told that I would receive a trial of the garcinia cambogia and cleanse product in 14 days. They requested that I pay 9.99 for shipping the product. I gave them my bank card information at that time for the shipping payment. I never received the product and my account was then charged for $89.00 and $79.00 on March 16, 2015 for additional supply of the products. I called the company number that showed on my bank statement and informed them that I never received anything and that they needed to credit my account for the charges. They asked me to call the USPS service and file a claim which I did. I called them back with the case number and I was informed to wait 24-48 hours for a call back from a member of management. I never received a call back and when I called back today, March 19, 2015 I was told, by agent named Heath, that management decided that they could only refund me 50% because they show the product was delivered. I asked to speak to management but I was not allowed to and I was not given a manager's name or number to contact just a P. O. Box address. The floor lead, name [redacted], was short and said he could not do anything about the decision management made and there was nothing further he could do. He would not give me their full name. This is false advertising and I was never given a chance to even try the product. I would like them to credit my account for the shipping charge and additional charges I received for additional product that I will never receive. I no longer want anything from the company accept my money back. Thank You.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to be made aware of how thier agents treat people and I would like a refund to my credit card for everything. I never received the original 14 day supply to try, so I would like my shipping payment refunded and also the charges for additional products. I believe this might be some kind of scheme.

Review: I inquired about a product advertised on line. The company then called offering a sample of the product. I was asked to pay $4.89 to cover shipping. I asked several times and was emphatically assured that there would be no other charges, and that I would have to contact the company to authorize any additional product. Thirteen days later an unauthorized charge of $89.96 was made to my account by the same company. The company was called asking about the charge and was uncooperative. I have not yet seen a credit to my account.Desired Settlement: Credit for unauthorized charge to my account.

Review: I ordered a 14 day trial Garcinea weight loss supplement and paid $9.95 for the shipping & handling not to be aware that on the 14th day they would charge my account the full amount of 89.96 and 79.29. When I called to cancel I spoke to [redacted] Agent 231 and she said it was to late to get the full refund and that she could only refund me 50% of the amount. I had agreed to this so that I could at least get some of my money back. Then after I was done with the call did I realize that she had tricked me because today is the 14th day and I could have been able to send the product back for a full refund. I called back and spoke to [redacted] again and she said there wasn't anything else she could do and I asked speak to a Supervisor and she transferred me to [redacted] he stated the same as her and said they're wasn't anything else he could do either. I asked him to cancel the 50% and allow me to return the product for the full refund. He stated there was a 30 day money back guarantee, however wouldn't honor this. I feel this is misleading and they shouldn't be able to do business this way. When I received the package it didn't have the agreement terms in it or neither did the email they sent me. This is not very good business and I feel they need to correct this mistake.Desired Settlement: I think I deserve the full amount of refund of 89.96 and 79.29 a total of $169.25.

Review: I ordered Pro Diet Carcinia and Natural Mango based on an internet article touting its beneficial weight loss effects. I ordered it by the trial offer - free of charge just pay shipping as was required. The company (it's unclear what the actual name of the company is), without my permission, signed me up for a monthly auto ship. When I received the first notification by email that the monthly auto ship was going to ship, I sent an email back stating that I had not ordered the product and had not authorized a monthly auto ship. The products did not arrive so I thought I had cancelled the auto ship. However, the second month when I got the email saying an auto ship was going to be sent, I called. The service agent was required to go through her script and asked me not to be rude when I told her she didn't need to make additional offers as my answer was no, I simply wanted to cancel auto ships I had not agreed to. Being called rude made me angry and the call ended rather badly but she cancelled the auto ships. I received emails confirming the cancellations. Then, the product arrived anyway and I was charged the full rate for each bottle. There was no delivery or return slip inside the envelope. So I called the service line again. I was subjected to the entire canned spiel all over again. My choices were to send the product back and wait 30 days for my refund or choose a discount refund and keep the product. This company is running a scam. They are signing people up fraudulently for unauthorized auto shipments and billing unreasonable amounts for product they will then sell at a significant discount when you try to cancel. The company name is un-findable. The original website where the product is ordered is un-findable. And, the product doesn't work. It's a scam and needs to be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like the entire remaining amount of the order refunded. Order #[redacted]Order #[redacted]Additionally, I was promised a refund of $103.22, the email I received indicated a refund of $51.25. My card was charged $79.95$78.85Again, I'd like to have the entire amount refunded.

Review: I had seen their weight loss ad online, so I decided to try their product for 14 days, paying only shipping and handling. As I got to the check-out, I realized that the fine print read that I would be charged for the product in full after my trial period. I erased my information and decided I wanted no part of it. I received 2 calls from your organization after that. When I received the first call I explained that I did not want to try the product and hung up the phone. A short time after that I received yet another call from your organization. I explained again that I did not want to participate in anything that I would be billed for following the trial. I was assured that this would not be the case. I then said okay, I would try it. After confirming my information I was given the number [redacted] to call if I have any questions and ask for [redacted]. I used my debit card that was linked to my checking account to pay (totaling $9.75). This morning I realized that $169.25 was taken out of my bank account and that my account was overdrawn. When I called they first said that I didn't respond within 14 days to cancel. I told them that I was not told that. They offered to refund me 50% of $169.25. I said no. They then offered to refund me 75%. I again said no and asked for a supervisor. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, a supervisor came on the line. I was told that I could return the unused product for a full refund of $169.25 and was given Cancellation Number [redacted]. I do not ever want to do business with Made Healthy again. I am so disappointed with their business practices. And by the way, their product did not work at all for me.Desired Settlement: I have forwarded them a package containing the unused product and a letter requesting full refund, as they promised on the phone.

Review: On or about 2/11/15, I spoke with a representative named [redacted] agent #[redacted], regarding not receiving the prdoucts which we agreed on for the price of $65.93. For $65.93, I was to receive the Garcinia Cambogia, Garcinia Pm, and the Green Cleanse.

I informed [redacted] that I only received the Green Cleanse, which was only a partial order from what we agreed on initially. [redacted] informed me they were out of the Garcinia Cambogia, and didn't know when they would have some back in stock. Next she informed me they no longer offered the Garcinia PM, and that's why I only received the Green Cleanse and charged only $35.98.

I informed [redacted] that I should have been notified since they were unable to honor our entire agreement, so I could decide how I wanted to proceed.

I told her that I wanted to cancel the entire order, and was issued #[redacted] as a confirmation of cancelation. I asked her about returning the Green Cleanse, and returning $35.98 to my debit card. She said, I had already received the Cleanse, and I told her that it was unopened, and I would gladly return the product.

This is when I decided to file this complaint to ask for assistance in me simply being able to make this return, and receive a credit back to my debit card. I feel this is fair since they failed to honor our agreement.Desired Settlement: I would like to know that I can return the unopened merchandise and receive a full credit to my debit card ASAP, and notified at [redacted], when this has been resolved.

I believe this to be the fair and honorable thing, since I held up my part of agreement with Made Healthy.
