Review: I have repeatedly contacted Made In America movement regarding fulfillment of an advertising package I paid for where they were supposed to do social media postings of my business but I can't find any evidence that they've actually been doing it.I already had this same issue back in February and I repeatedly had to request phone calls to get it sorted out. The resolution at that time was that they had an employee issue and were going to upgrade my account advertising package, and they guaranteed me it was an automated system and I would not have to worry moving forward.Recently I decided to follow up on said advertising package and I again couldn't find any evidence of the social media links and ads that are supposed to be happening so at this point I've sent multiple emails for almost a month now, their phone number doesn't seem to work so I can't call, and MAM has STILL FAILED TO CALL ME or answer my questions about whether or not they've been doing their job.I keep getting told they are understaffed, and should not be my problem. I am a sole proprietor who does everything in my business and I have NEVER ever not served a paying customer OR made them wait for over 3 weeks for a phone call for resolution!I have a log of the steps taken to attempt to find out if they have actually provided the services I expected and that I paid for back in December and January but it is more characters than this form allows for. Email me directly for a copy of the log and what the expectations of service were for the social media advertising agreement I paid for with MAM.Desired Settlement: I would like a list of links of where I can find proof that they have provided me with the service I have paid for.If they are unable to prove that they have done their job by posted the advertising as my membership and advertising package agreement dictates, then I would like a FULL REFUND for my membership package, as well as the advertising package I paid for.If I had it in me I'd ask for lost earnings from them not doing their job too, but lucky for them I am not "that" person.
