My name is Miao [redacted] G [redacted] owner manager of Made in Asia restaurant at [redacted] Street, [redacted] , VA ***. I am writing this letter to telling the truth. We had already give her a FREE MEALS, I do believe we were provided best customer service to her, gave the credit, not... because I had bad customer service here, I Just want this issue to be ended. Made in Asia is a local, small family owned business this month will be 6th year, well Known we have Regular customers all day long, for self-employed at least 15 years in restaurant ... for someone they think I provided excellent customers we are friend now ... for someone they think I provided Good customer service they are my regulars now ... for someone they think I provided fine customer service they are possibly my take out customers or occasionally customer, for someone they think I provided fair customer service perhaps I don't see them again ... Everyone have like or don't like, as restaurant owner and manager I want my business to be success, I smile to my customers, make them happy as possible.This customer had two complaint recorded in BBB past two months, First letter dated 2/7/2017 the Email address name is same as First and last name of letter dated on 4/17/2017, and first letter purchase dated is on 2/6/2017 and done complaint on 2/7/2017 with $ [redacted] amount disputed, and second letter purchase dated is on 2/4/2017 but done complaint on 4/18/2017 with disputed amount$ ***, customer done on 4/17/2017 because customer requesting disputed to our restaurant merchant service and merchant service denied this request.Story Started few weeks ago prior to Feb 4th, a customer call to restaurant asked did we used •dog meat" to cook food, that makes me uncomfortable and feel not respectful, I says NO, I tell her if she is not comfortable order from our restaurant no matter what do you order, you might think is something else, if she keep call to restaurant asking about •dog meat" than I would call police for disturb business. She hang up the phone and show up later on the afternoon with her recording half of conversation on the phone and only came to explain she's curious most Chinese restaurant use •dog meat" did we use it I through that's over.On Feb 4th dinnertime, she and family came to restaurant ordered $ [redacted] Includes (2 orders) of General shrimp and (2 orders) of Lo main with no park sub beef and others (please see attachment) I recognize her, I do afraid give to her wrong order or missing anything in her bag. try to invalid issue, myself checked bag twice before give her order. I second thought went well. 2 days later on Feb 6th dinnertime, it was steady night. Have a customers seat at bar right next to host station and another customer seat at booth in other side of host station. We got a phone call order of Genera) tso's chicken and order Lo mein with no pork sub beef. At this time, orders is been made, my host call me says someone have problem needs help. When I walked to host station a lady brought me 2 Containers one is Lo mein box with not even 1/10 of noodle there and other container is general tso's shrimp with none of shrimp only filled with rice, she tell me food is not taste good and she wants full money refund and she point out she already placed order is in front of her, and says the refund will be enough cover today's order or she will call to my Credit card company to reject the transaction, I refused and try to explain to her you ate 90% of food and on Feb 4th you ordered 2 order of General tso's shrimp and 2 order of Lo mein, only one if general tso's shrimp and lo mein taste good, but we cooked both order at the same time. As manager we always wants make customer happy, and want they come back again, I try to offer some credit on her today's Togo order, but she wants the Togo order for free, at this point my both bar and booth customer stand up, one says Made in Asia have good food, great customer service, and other customer says she willing to pay her food and be over with, I seem both my customer stand up for me, I felt so bad, happen all those during their dinner. I handed to her the to go order says I am begging you would like food inside this bag, and she took the order and left. Third time I thought this is over.On Feb 7th 2017 I received a letter from RevDex.com is a complaint from her says that on 2/6/2017 her order a dinner at Made in Asia, Aftering receiving the food and began eating, and noticed something strange and pulled out a long black strand hair. She called the waiter over who showed the hair to and got the female owner ... so on ...• Only thing I want bring this up because she has never been dine in on Feb. 4th and Feb. 6th and never been happen all those hair in foods ... Over all ... She did not tell the truth. She wants FREE MEALS and don't want pay at all. God bless small Businesses.Sadly,Made In Asia Louisa Inc.Miao [redacted] G**

My room mate had an awful experience while visiting here and asked if I could help assist her in a letter to the Revdex.com electronicallyNo business is perfect but it takes a solid business to make sure the people who make it all possible, are treated rightMistakes will be made in every place of business but it's about professionally correcting them and not bashing and blaming their customersI personally find that to be bad business actsAgain, after my unfortunate experience with M.I.A, it's only right I receive the refund I was due from the very beginning and part ways.Respectfully, [redacted]
