This is in response to the completely unfounded report filed with your bureau towards my company by
*** * whom has suffered absolutely no service loseWe received a call from *** *regarding a through the wall air conditioner unitAs we have performed work in the home of *** ** before and to her complete and total satisfactionIn spite of her behavior by being short tempered and nasty we felt that we were able to perform the service neededAs the custom wood in closure covers the air conditioning unit a direct air duct is needed (This is the reason for the report filed by *** **) This direct air duct is needed to divert the air out of the air conditioning unit and out of the custom wood in closureOnce again at this time the customer is still experiencing no service lose
Remedy
We installed a form set material that would take the shape of the space from the existing air duct to the air conditioning unitHaving absolutely no idea the customer would go into the wood in closure and tarred and pulled the form set apart by opening the costumed wood in closure for absolutely no reasonThe form set takes about days to hardenThen we received a call from *** ** about day after we made our repair*** * calls the company and said “there was a problem with the repair and would like to have it adjusted” at this time I agreed to correct the issue in spite of the damage done by *** ** I said let’s set up an appointment this time next weekAt this time I was involved in an automobile accident and I informed *** ** of thatNot but weeks later *** *filed the complaintI made contact with *** ** on August **, after we repaired the work vanAt this time instead of taking the opportunity to resolve the issue *** ** took the opportunity to threaten me with slander and untrue stories of service problems on all of the online service listings
All this from a customer with absolutely no service lose
Truly an abuse of power of the review

 The response is false.  The foam that the man installed did not fit on the AC unit and the result was that there was poor cold air flow. Furthermore, the foam came apart after removing the grille for the first time. The remedy was inadequate and the company did not respond to repeated phone calls and text messages for three weeks. TI would like my money back.

He [redacted] called me the week of August [redacted] to tell me that he thought that he did a good job and that he was not refunding me his money.
His excuse for not calling me for a month after my calling him and texting him about his work was that he was in an automobile accident.

Review: [redacted], the [redacted] of this HVAC company had made a baffle for my air conditioner to vent through and enclosure.It worked marginally. I replaced the air conditioner a year later and needed a new baffle to fit the air vent of the product. He came up and simply applied layers of rubber foam which did not fit the air conditioner and fell apart immediately. He charged me $250 for 20 minutes of work. When I called him to tell him about his terrible work and to come back and repair the job, he never called me back. I called over a period of three days leaving voice and text messages. Furthermore, my painter who had recommended this company, call him several times and HIS calls were never returned. Bottom line, if you ever need HVAC services, go elsewhere. This man is a thief.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for shoddy services.

As the custom wood in closure covers the air conditioning unit a direct air duct is needed (This is the reason for the report filed by [redacted]) This direct air duct is needed to divert the air out of the air conditioning unit and out of the custom wood in closure. Once again at this time the customer is still experiencing no service lose.

The form set takes about 5 days to harden. Then we received a call from [redacted] about 1 day after we made our repair. [redacted] calls the company and said “there was a problem with the repair and would like to have it adjusted” at this time I agreed to correct the issue in spite of the damage done by [redacted] I said let’s set up an appointment this time next week. At this time I was involved in an automobile accident and I informed [redacted] of that. Not but 2 weeks later [redacted]. filed the complaint. I made contact with [redacted] on August **, 2014 after we repaired the work van. At this time instead of taking the opportunity to resolve the issue [redacted] took the opportunity to threaten me with slander and untrue stories of service problems on all of the online service listings.

All this from a customer with absolutely no service lose.
