Review: I purchased a hat from this website, it was described as Walnut in color. The pictures of the hat showed a medium brown hat. When I received the hat it was olive green. I contacted the company via email and we agreed to return the hat and split the return shipping. The tracking of the return item says they have moved and left no forwarding. https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction!input.action?tLabels=[redacted]+852...⇄ the hat was sent to the same return address on the original box. I am now out the $50.00 for the hat and $11.62 return shipping. In my opinion the hat was sold with misleading information and the return was not accepted by giving the post office false information that they have moved.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the $61.62 immediately via PayPal as well as a pre-paid self addressed box to return the hat when it gets back to me from the USPS. I will return the hat after the credit and return box is received.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9726977, and find that this business was not truthful in their response as I was never rude. The item was returned to me by the post office, I had to pay additional shipping. They did refund the original amount agreed on but nothing for the addtl postage. You can close this complaint but other customers should beware.
