Made MFG

Review: I own an independent clothing brand based in New York. I engaged in business with Premium Aesthetics now known as Made MFG LLC a manufacturing company based in Southern California that specializes in embroidery, screen printing and cut and sew services. I made a small trial order in December 2013. I was highly satisfy with the turnaround and quality of work, I placed a larger order in January 2014. I paid 50% down payment required for production and was told production led time will be a month from payment made. I emphasized I need goods before Feb 20th as I had an event to attend as a vendor. To speed up the process I paid the other 50% of production cost and still did not receive my merchandise on time for the event. I placed a PayPal dispute to get refunded back production cost as merchandise was not delivered as agreed upon. I didn't receive merchandise till the last week of March costing me lost in sales. The company accredited me for the lack of customer service, communication and lost of sales. I proceed to place another order recently to use credit given. I shipped out more than $800 worth of merchandise and paid them $440 in full required for printing and seeing services. I emphasized again I had two events one in New York and one in Miami I was set to be a vendor for. They guarantee merchandise will be received no later than May 17th 2014. Once again I did not receive my merchandise on time, losing sales again and I have not received any updates or response back from them since. I filed a claim dispute with my bank to get refunded back $440 but they still have more than $800 of goods I shipped out to them I would like to have delivered back to me. Upon doing research I've always found out I'm not the only customer whom has had issues with this company. This company has clearly shown an habitual history of bad business ethics, customer service and lack of communication which is unacceptable and action needs to be taken against them immediately.Desired Settlement: To settle this dispute against Made MFG LLC, I would like to be refunded back my cost of production, and have all goods I shipped out to them sent back to me which includes pants and T-Shirts.
