I have reviewed the response made by the business in
reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Sent: Monday, April 03, 9:AM Subject: Re: Complaint ID #***When I asked about the Snap on Smile I asked a lot of questions and I was told that if I did not like them that I would get a refund. When I received the item they were so white that they looked fake. They also did not fit my teeth snug and there were parts that were so open from my tooth that food would get in the item and felt loose when I tried to eat and because of this I had to take them off every time I wanted to eat. When I asked Dr*** about this he said that they should fit snug but that there was nothing he could do about it. I explained that it was uncomfortable eating with them and because they didn't fit snug that they always felt like they were coming off when I ate. He said there was nothing he could do and I would have to get used to it.I paid a lot of money for something that I could not wear and I don't think its fair they I don't receive my full refund. They gave me a partial refund and asked that I return the snap on smile. I will only accept a full refund at this point and will not settle for less since the product was not made as it was advertised and I no longer have the item.Regards,*** ***Energy Training Solutions, LLC (ETSG, LLC)Rayford RoadSpring, TX 77386(281) 783-Direct(281) 360-Fax(888) 870-Toll Free

DrKesner is required by his professional liability insurance carrier to notify them if there is a threat of a lawsuit or a refund request (Mr*** letter is attached) This resulted in the attorney for the insurance company, David *** contacting Mr*** by phone and email several times (attached) Due to no response, DrKesner then emailed Mr*** twice (attached)DrKesner's intension has been to come to an agreement with Mr*** on a refund yet he has refused to respond Instead he is making good on his threats in his original letter. He states that numerous dentist have said that DrKesner's treatment was unnecessary Attached is an opinion letter from Dr*** who is providing the dental treatment on Mr*** that DrKesner recommended in and which Mr*** refused Dr*** did not state that the treatment was "unnecessary" I have also attached DrKesner's response to Dr*** opinion letter Mr*** has a copy of this letter which DrKesner emailed to him on July 8.In issuing a refund there are certain rules that we must abide by which is why Mr*** has been trying to contact Mr*** Mr*** must withdraw his complaints He must also sign a release of liability in exchange for a refund Any monies that we received from his insurance company for the treatment in question has to be refunded to the insurance company This requires that he communicate with Mr*** DrKesner wants to resolve this complaint Perhaps the Revdex.com mediator can get Mr*** to communicate with us so this can be accomplished At this point he is making this impossible to resolve.Logan ***
