On May 16, Ms*** *** came into our business and got our Brazilian Keratin Treatment.Once applied this treatment, we gave her instructions for the care of her hair suggesting a special shampoo for hair with that treatment.She didn't take our recommendation and used a different shampooThis
caused the brazilian keratin to get damage therefore the results weren't the same as expected.When she came back asking for her money back, we offered her a solution.We kindly offered to apply the hair treatment again, on our expense, and she refused.We are very sorry that she wasn't satisfied with our service, and we will kindly refund her moneyShe can stop by anytime
