After receiving you letter I contacted Mr* *** and *** Communications Mr* *** did not give the ***'s rep the correct address, that was why he was having trouble getting internet to his apartment If he would of come to the office this would not have went any further We do
not lie to people, but the matter is completely cleared up Mr* *** has Internet
I have been here almost 3yrs and during this time the A/C in the laundry room never works and the door handle is broken. I have reported it to the maintenance guy when he was in there with me and I even showed him and his replied "got fixed that" hasn't been yet. I have to bring my fan down to laundry room today because if I didn't it was so hot I was going to have a seizure because it's so hot in there. And then I found a used condom. My apt has broken into while I was here. The homeless people are getting bad here and it's bad when you can't go for a walk or leave your apt anymore without in fear of these people hurting you or breaking into your apt. The staff doesn't do anything about it.
